Manufacturing defects
The sale of the products is subject to the legal guarantees enshrined in the applicable laws, as well as other contractual guarantees that may be granted to the Consumer.
The Consumer must ensure that the items ordered correspond to the order placed and that they do not suffer from manufacturing defects or apparent non-conformity.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity of the Products, the Customer has the right to demand that the conformity of the Product be replaced free of charge.
It is understood that the customer forfeits this right if it does not notify One Two One of the Product’s non-conformity within 3 months (wetsuits only 1 month) of the date on which the Customer discovered the defect.
To notify the existence of defects and non-conformities of the Product and to request that conformity be restored, Customers may contact One Two One at [email protected].
Privacy and Personal Data Protection
At One Two One we are committed to protecting the privacy of the User Customer. In order to complete a purchase on our site, the User Customer will have to give us some personal information. The information you provide will not be shared with any third parties or used for purposes other than those arising from your business relationship with One Two One.

Order cancellations
There are two types of order cancellation:
– At the request of the User Customer: The User Customer may cancel their order by requesting it from One Two One by e-mail, quoting the order number.
– By decision of One Two One. We reserve the right not to process orders when we find any inconsistency in the personal data submitted or observe misconduct on the part of the buyer.
